Columbine Cleaning Services has been providing exceptional cleaning services to Summit County since 1981. We are proud and excited to offer two new services to the Summit County community - Columbine Property Services and Columbine Concierge Services.

We are very please to announce the addition of Steve Kelly as our new Director of Property & Concierge Services.  Steve brings 30 years of experience in general construction and construction management to our organization.  Steve is originally from New England, and while on a ski vacation to Summit County 20 years ago, decided to make Summit County his home.  Steve’s experience representing individual owners on numerous high profile projects throughout Colorado and here in Summit County allows him to be sentsitive to our customers’ needs.  With his ability and willingness to listen to our customers, identify their requirements, implement cost effective solutions through timely communications & follow-up, Steve’s strengths and experiences are a terrific addition to Columbine Cleaning Services. 

Some examples of the new services Steve can coordinate and oversee for our customers are as follows:

Property Services

• Snow removal, driveway maintenance, and asphalt sealing
• Lawn & landscape maintenance; water turn-off & bleeding of irrigation system
• Plant and shrub watering and fertilization
• Exterior maintenance, repair, and painting
• Interior maintenance & repair of appliances, heating & A/C systems, or other mechanical systems (well or residential water treatment systems)
• Oversight of special cleaning – drapes, carpets or windows
• Home Security checks for ice dams, cracked or dripping pipes or running toilets, temperature settings, locked doors & windows, etc.
• Coordinate/oversee special requests for repairs, maintenance, or preparation of the property for arrivals or after departures (walk-thru)

Concierge Services

• Airport pick-up and delivery service using customers personal vehicle
• Vehicle maintenance – start-ups, oil changes, detailing, etc.
• Arrange for rental car or limousine service
• Procure food, beverages, or liquor requested by customer prior to arrival
• Arrange for Christmas decorations, flower arrangements, or gift baskets
• Coordinate/arrange events, recreation, entertainment and other activities requiring prior reservations or organization
• Arrange for health or special dietary needs (wheel chairs, oxygen, etc.)

These and any other services can be tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

Columbine Property & Concierge Services provides services on a 'menu-driven basis', unlike a traditional property management company which typically charges a significant percentage (40% to 50%) of the rental revenue when you rent your property. More and more property owners, who rent their properties, are shifting away from using property management companies and turning to direct rental services such as VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owner) or HomeAway. Being able to obtain a variety of needed services (cleaning, property 'set-up' for rentals, maintenance/repairs, snow removal, etc.) on a menu-driven basis allows the homeowner to better control their costs, and to know what they are receiving for what they are paying.
